Description
Stuffed egg pasta filled with ricotta and spinach.
Ingredients
Gluten-free pasta mix 75%: corn starch, egg 16.2%*, potato starch, rice flour, water; thickener: guar gum; salt.
Filling 25%: lactose -free ricotta 13.2%* ( whey , milk ), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese 4.4%* ( milk , salt, rennet), spinach powder 3.5%*, bamboo fibre, potato flakes, onion powder, nutmeg.

Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Boil the water, do not add salt, add the pasta and cook for 6/7 minutes. Then drain, season to taste and serve.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources at a temperature below 25°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 5 months.
Validity after opening: 24 hours.
