Description
Egg pasta filled with raw ham.
Ingredients
Gluten-free pasta mix 70%: corn starch, egg 15.1%*, potato starch, rice flour, water; thickener: guar gum; salt.
Filling 30%: mortadella (pork, salt; preservative: E250; antioxidant: E301), raw ham 6.3%* (pork leg, salt), corn preparation (corn flour, sunflower seed oil), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese 3.6%* ( milk , rennet, salt), potato flakes, bamboo fibre, salt, yeast extract, natural flavouring, nutmeg.

Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Boil the water, do not add salt, add the pasta and cook for 6/7 minutes. Then drain, season to taste and serve.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources at a temperature below 25°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 5 months.
Validity after opening: 24 hours.
