Description
Powder preparation specifically formulated for celiacs.
Product that allows you to obtain artisanal bread with a rustic sourdough flavour, with a uniform and soft honeycomb structure, a thin and fragrant crust and high hydration thanks to the fibres.

Ingredients
Deglutinated wheat starch, rice starch, potato starch, quinoa flour, lentil flour, dextrose (from corn), vegetable fibres (inulin, psyllium), millet flour, lupin flour; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to use
RECIPE
Pan Fibra Classic Gold Blend
Gluten-free Wheat Base
1.000 g
Waterfall 800 ml
Extra virgin olive oil 40 ml
Fresh brewer's yeast 10 g
Salt 20 g

Preparation
- Mix everything together.
- Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes and create the shape with the desired weight.
- Cover the dough and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
- Brush with extra virgin olive oil and bake (oven preheated to 200°C) for approximately 25 minutes (no microwave); dough weight: 130 g.

May contain traces of soy, nuts (almonds), milk (lactose-free), eggs and sesame seeds.

Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
Validity after opening: 12 months.
