Gold Sponge Cake Mix
Description
Powder preparation specifically formulated for celiacs.
Useful product as a perfect base for the preparation of different types of cakes.
Ingredients
Sugar, corn starch, rice starch, gluten-free wheat starch, potato starch, emulsifiers (lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids), glucose syrup, soya flour, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; stabilizer: calcium salts of fatty acids), dextrose, lactose-free milk, thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; psyllium fibre, vanillin, beta-carotene.

How to use
Preparation
- Whip all the ingredients for about 5 minutes.
- Fill the molds or trays 3/4 full.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes (no microwave).
Warnings
May contain traces of nuts (almonds), eggs, sesame seeds, lupin.
Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
Validity after opening: 12 months.
