Description
Powder preparation specifically formulated for celiacs.
Ideal for muffins, margherita cake, plum cake and donuts.

Ingredients
Corn starch, rice starch, gluten-free wheat starch, sugar, potato starch, emulsifiers (lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, 1,2-propanediol esters of fatty acids), dehydrated glucose, soya flour, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; stabilizer: calcium salts of fatty acids), dextrose (from corn), lactose-free milk; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; psyllium vegetable fiber, vanillin.

How to use
WHITE MUFFIN

Sunflower oil 450 g
Whole eggs 200 g
Yolk 300 g
Yogurt 50 g

CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
Sweet Gold Blend 1000 g
Sunflower oil 550 g
Whole eggs 500 g
Bitter cocoa 120 g
Chocolate chips 60 g
Salt 4 g

Preparation
- Whip all the ingredients in a mixer with a whisk for 5 minutes.
- Fill the mold 3/4 of its capacity.
-Cook in a fan oven at 175°C or in a deck oven at 200°C, for approximately 25 minutes (product weight 60 g).

May contain traces of nuts (almonds), eggs, sesame seeds, lupin.

Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
Validity after opening: 12 months.
