Octilia Natural Tired and fatigued eyes is designed to maintain the correct composition of the tear film and contains 0.15% hyaluronic acid (sodium salt) and 0.20% lactoferrin, which act synergistically in the formulation.
Hyaluronic acid, thanks to its hygroscopic properties, helps maintain the right level of hydration of the eye surface, acting on the aqueous layer of the tear film; furthermore, thanks to its mucoadhesiveness, it also allows lactoferrin to be maintained in the tear film.
Lactoferrin acts as an antioxidant on two levels: externally, acting as a barrier for free radicals, protecting the eye; and internally, where it protects hyaluronic acid, which is degraded by the action of free radicals.
Thanks to this synergistic action of hyaluronic acid and lactoferrin, the product maintains its hydrating action for longer.
Finally, the formulation is designed to limit contact of the eye, already dry and/or tired, with further irritants.
Indicated to prevent and relieve dry eyes and discomfort related to tired and strained eyes and due to external oxidative stress factors such as dust, heat, smoke, use of contact lenses, prolonged computer use and long periods of driving or studying.
How to use
Apply 2 drops per eye 3 times a day or more, according to individual need, until the symptom remits.
If the symptom persists, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Ingredients

Warnings
Can be used in conjunction with contact lenses.
Do not use after expiration date.
Do not use if package is opened or damaged.
The product is sterile. When applying the drops, avoid that the tip of the container comes into contact with the eye or any other surface to avoid any risk of contamination.
Use in children over 3 years of age is not contraindicated. However, before using the product on children, it is advisable to seek the advice of a pediatrician.
In some cases, after administration, a brief blurring of vision has been observed due to the density of the solution, which however disappears very quickly.
Once used, dispose of the bottle following the normal rules for the separate disposal of urban waste.
Use within 3 months after opening.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
External use.
There are no known interactions between the product and any concomitant therapies.
If the product is to be used in combination with other solutions, wait 10 minutes between the administration of one product and the other, to ensure adequate absorption and to prevent dilution between the two.
If an ophthalmic ointment is to be administered in association with the product, the solution should be instilled first.
There are no known contraindications or side effects resulting from the use of the product.
However, if you notice any side effects, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
Conservation
Store between 0°C and 25°C, away from humidity and heat sources.
Do not freeze.
