Directions for use
You need 6 small nuts (or squeezes) a day for the whole body.
Preferably massage the legs with ascending movements, from the foot towards the hips.
Then massage your arms with smoothing movements from your hands towards your chest.
For the stomach, favor a clockwise circular massage (it aids digestion).
