Ingredients
L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-threonine, L-cystine, L-phenylalanine, L-tyrosine; bulking agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dicalcium phosphate; L-methionine; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; L-tryptophan, L-serine, L-ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate; stabilizer: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; N-acetylcysteine.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
5 to 10 tablets per day. Take preferably away from meals.
