Food supplement rich in magnesium, vitamins B, PP, E, selenium. Useful in case of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
Adults: 2 tablets 2 times a day.
Children over 12 years: 1 tablet 2 times a day.
To be taken with a little water, preferably after breakfast and after dinner.
