Description
Food supplement based on amino acids, guarana, vitamin C, zinc and selenium. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism. Zinc, vitamin C and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Guarana is useful for its tonic effects, particularly in the presence of physical and mental fatigue. Creatine increases physical performance in the case of repetitive, high intensity and short-term activities. This beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Creatine monohydrate, fructose, L-arginine, carnitine hydrochloride; acidifier: citric acid; beta-alanine, orange juice powder, taurine, flavouring, guarana ( Paullinia cupana Kunt) seed dry extract titrated at 8% caffeine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; coenzyme Q10; emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); colourings: beetroot red, beta-carotene; PidoZinc zinc pidolate; sweetener: sucralose; selenium L-methionine.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water.
