Description
Food supplement based on docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and alpha lipoic acid (ALA), with vitamins C and E.
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that is a fundamental constituent of nerve cell membranes (85% of membrane phospholipids) and contributes to the maintenance of normal brain and vision function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of DHA per day.
Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is a substance produced by our body that participates in biochemical reactions essential to maintaining the integrity of cell membranes and is involved in various antioxidant mechanisms such as the regeneration of reduced glutathione (GSH) and ascorbic acid. .
The high synergy between DHA and ALA allows rapid penetration of ALA into the cell, reaching highly effective concentrations against oxidative stress processes.
Vitamin E, in synergy with vitamin C, is useful in protecting nerve cells from oxidative stress.

DHA (from fish oil ), alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E; excipients: edible gelatin; humectants: glycerol; sorbitol; sunflower oil; emulsifiers: glyceryl monostearate; sunflower lecithin; coating agents: shellac; acetylated monoglycerides of fatty acids; polyvinylpyrrolidone; stabilizers: ammonium carbonate; triethyl citrate; colorants: black iron oxide (E172); red iron oxide (E172); titanium dioxide (E171).
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
Take 2 capsules a day, preferably before main meals, for at least one month.
Maintenance: one capsule daily, preferably before a meal, for three months.
