Description
PORTABLE BREATH TESTER
Description
Breathalyzer.
A type of tester designed to measure the concentration of breath alcohol in the human body. This device uses an advanced flat-surface alcohol sensor, which provides excellent sensitivity and reproducibility. The modern and portable design makes it more convenient for personal use.
If the alcohol content exceeds the preset limit level, this device will send out audio and video alert to remind your safety.
How to use
1. When using for the first time, prepare three 1.5V AAA batteries, remove the battery cover, install the batteries, and then replace the cover.
2. Press the power button.
3. "Pre-heat" 1 to 10 seconds, start counting down to pre-heat. Wait 10 seconds to complete pre-heat.
4. After the pre-heating is completed, the device automatically enters the six-second countdown for puff detection. Wait for the test results to display.
PRE-HEATING
1. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. After the "dripping" sound, the tester display will start.
2. The digital display shows "preheat", with a countdown of 10 seconds. When the countdown reaches 0, preheating is complete.
TEST
1. After the "warm-up" is completed, enter the "blowing" state. The display will show a 10-second countdown. Blow air into the front of the device for three seconds, until the "dripping" sound indicates to stop blowing. Wait a few seconds to display the measurement results (if no air is blown, the result will be 0).
Measurement results
GREEN LIGHT: Under limit status: When the measurement is <0.3g/L, the green light is on.
YELLOW LIGHT: Alcohol consumption status: alcohol-impaired driving: refers to the driving behavior of vehicles with a blood alcohol content ≥0.3 g/l.
YELLOW LIGHT on, alarm sounded.
RED LIGHT: drunk driving: refers to the behavior of driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol content ≥0.5 g/l.
The red light turns on and the alarm sounds rapidly.
Warnings
When the breathalyzer is first taken out of the package, or when it is not used for a long time, a large amount of gas and other impurities may adhere to the sensor. In this case, you need to press the power button several times to clean the breathalyzer by warming it up.
Do not use the product if it is damaged. Do not disassemble or alter the product without authorization. Do not immerse the product in water. It is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children. The appliance should not be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised by an adult or have been given adequate instructions.
1. This product cannot determine whether you are driving under the influence of alcohol.
2. Judgments are based on general symptoms and criteria. Even with the same concentration of alcohol, the degree of intoxication varies depending on physical conditions and personal differences.
3. Regardless of whether a breathalyzer is used or not, the relevant personnel of the manufacturer and retailers shall not be liable for drunk driving or any conduct prohibited by law.
4. Alcohol takes about 20 minutes to be absorbed into the bloodstream through the digestive system. It is therefore recommended to take the measurement 20 minutes after drinking alcohol. If the measurement is taken immediately after drinking, the results may reflect the alcohol concentration, but not the blood alcohol level.
5. To obtain more accurate measurement results, the interval between two consecutive measurements should be more than three minutes.
6. Do not disassemble or wash the device. Store it in a place with little odor.
7. There is a certain margin of error between the measured result and the actual value when measuring at low power.
8. Keep away from direct sunlight and do not shock or vibrate the device excessively. Avoid heat sources.
