Description
Food supplement of B vitamins.
B vitamins are involved in metabolic processes aimed at energy production.
Their integration is useful:
- to deal with seasonal changes;
- when dietary intake is not sufficient.
Vitamin B12, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid, together with folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
In addition, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, together with thiamine, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, along with thiamine and folic acid, contribute to normal psychological function. Riboflavin, thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6 and B12, contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet per day.
