How to use
Insert or replace batteries
Remove the battery cover. Insert new batteries into the battery compartment, making sure the polarities are correct. Close the battery cover. Use only LR03 or AAA batteries.
When the low battery indicator flashes on the display, replace the batteries.
Do not mix old and new batteries. It may shorten battery life or cause the device to malfunction.
Use only the specified batteries. The batteries supplied with the device are for testing the performance of the monitor and may have a shorter life.
Replace worn batteries with their polarities in the correct direction.
If you will not use the unit for a long period of time (about three months or more), remove the batteries.
Attaching the cuff to the arm
Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, about 2-3cm above your elbow. Place the cuff directly on your skin, as clothing can cause a weak pulse and result in measurement errors.
Constriction of the upper arm, caused by rolling up a shirt or blouse sleeve, can prevent accurate readings.
Secure the cuff with the Velcro strip so that it is comfortable and not too tight. Rest your arm on the table (palm up) so that the cuff is at the same height as your heart. Make sure the tube is not kinked.
Pressure measurement
To measure blood pressure, sit comfortably without crossing your legs, keep your feet flat on the floor. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
Press the ON/OFF button, all icons will be displayed for two seconds on the screen, then switch to measurement and display "0" or the last measurement record. Start measurement, the cuff will inflate automatically. The heart sign will flash on the LED. After measurement is completed, the results will appear on the screen.
Measure your blood pressure at approximately the same time every day.
Do not measure immediately after exercise or bathing. Rest for twenty to thirty minutes before taking the measurement.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the monitor with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any cleaning solution.
Do not immerse the device or any component in water.
Clean the bracelet after each use. Wipe the inside (skin contact) of the bracelet completely with a soft cloth slightly moistened with 75% ethyl alcohol three times. Replace the soft cloth after each wipe. Then air dry the bracelet.
Warnings
If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor to determine the best time to measure your blood pressure. Never change a prescribed medication without first consulting your doctor.
For people with irregular or unstable peripheral circulation problems due to diabetes, liver disease, hardening of the arteries, etc., there may be fluctuations in blood pressure values measured at the upper arm versus the wrist.
Measurements may be affected if this device is used near televisions, microwave ovens, X-ray equipment, mobile phones or other devices with strong electric fields. To avoid such interference, use the monitor at a sufficient distance from such devices or turn them off.
Wash hands before use.
Do not measure on the arm that has been using ME equipment monitoring at the same time, otherwise it may cause loss of function.
Batteries that have liquid on the surface or have been modified cannot be inserted into products.
Short circuit of the battery must be avoided.
Battery life varies with ambient temperature and may be reduced at low temperatures.
Do not immerse the device or any of its components in water.
Do not expose the monitor to extremely hot or cold temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
Do not subject the monitor to strong impacts.
