Description
Cocoa flavored powder mix containing fiber and a blend of medium chain triglycerides (MCT). Contains sweeteners.
Indicated for the dietary management of rheumatoid arthritis.
Ingredients
Medium chain triglycerides powder (medium chain triglycerides 75% from palm and coconut fat in varying proportions, soluble corn fiber, sodium caseinate ( milk ); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifier: sodium tripolyphosphate), bamboo fiber, milk proteins; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia; vegetable fiber (psyllium), low fat cocoa powder, cinnamon.
May contain mustard and sesame.

How to use
The recommended dose is two 50 g portions per day. The first should be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach and at least 30 minutes after breakfast.
The second one is to be consumed in the second half of the day away from meals. Mikara Shake should be introduced gradually into the diet, since a rapid intake of large quantities could cause vomiting or diarrhea. It is recommended to start with portions of 25 g and increase by 10 g per day until reaching 50 g per portion.
To obtain a liquid consistency, pour 150 ml of water into a cup or resealable shaker, add 50 g of powder, close with the lid and shake for a few seconds. Drink immediately. To obtain a creamy consistency by the spoonful, pour 50 g of powder into a bowl, add 50 ml of water and mix well with a spoon until you obtain a smooth cream. Consume immediately.
The amount of water can vary depending on individual preferences.
Warnings
To be used under medical supervision. Suitable for ages 18 and up. Not suitable as a sole nutritional source. Not suitable for people not affected by the pathologies mentioned. Do not use parenterally. Do not use via tube.
Not suitable if ketoacidosis/metabolic acidosis, decompensated liver cirrhosis or medium chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (MCAD) deficiency is suspected.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, close the package tightly and consume the product within 4 weeks. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. The filling level may vary for technical reasons.
