From the Aboca Beekeeping Center, organic Italian honey produced by bees raised without synthetic chemical substances. A bouquet of flowers for your well-being. This is a delicious organic honey obtained from Coriander, Sunflower, Chestnut and Acacia flowers, with an authentic taste and an exclusive glass design that makes it even more special.
This is a more than organic honey because:
- to guarantee the “true natural”: parasites and bee diseases are fought without resorting to synthetic chemical substances, not even those permitted by organic farming standards, such as oxalic acid and thymol, which although of natural origin, are produced synthetically by industry;
- for the adoption of the so-called “Nomadic” beekeeping technique: the systematic movement of the hives to uncontaminated areas rich in honey species and within Aboca's organic crops ensures greater biodiversity and greater completeness of the ecological characteristics of the hive and the honey;
- for the exclusive cold processing of honey: no heat treatment, but only cold mixing of the various honeys coming from the hives immediately after harvesting, allows not to alter the qualitative characteristics and maintain the biological activity of the honey.
