Peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaves EO
OE = Essential oil (Aetheroleum).
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops of essential oil per day, diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking).
External use is possible for relaxing massages by diluting appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops to aroma diffusers.
2 drops on average contain 87 mg of peppermint EO.
Close carefully after use.
