Melissa (Melissa officinalis L.)
The leaves, collected and packaged according to their balsamic period, have relaxing properties and are characterised by the presence of an essential oil (minimum 0.15 ml/100 g) and rosmarinic acid (3.5%).
Lemon verbena leaves
The addition of 5% Verbena (minimum essential oil 0.2 ml/100 g) gives the infusion a pleasant taste.
Ingredients
Lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) from 95% organic farming; lemon verbena leaves (Lippia citriodora Kunth) 5%.
How to use
One filter is enough to prepare one cup of infusion.
Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to lose the more volatile substances.
To sweeten, we recommend using honey.
Format
