Description
It is a food supplement based on Melatonin. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time required to fall asleep.
Ingredients
per 1 tablet: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Melatonin 1 mg.
Naturally lactose free.
Gluten free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day. Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Sleep: to reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, 1 mg of melatonin.
Warnings
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Conservation
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging. Do not dispose of in the environment after use. Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
