Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and extracts of valerian, passion flower and California poppy. Valerian, passion flower and California poppy are useful for promoting sleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and reduce the effects of jet lag. The controlled release form allows for a gradual and balanced intake of the product's components.
Ingredients
Corn maltodextrin, valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. , corn maltodextrin) root dry extract, passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata L. , corn maltodextrin) flowering tops dry extract, California poppy ( Eschoscholtzia californica Cham , corn maltodextrin) flowering aerial parts dry extract; anti-caking agents: silica and magnesium stearate; melatonin.
How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet in the evening, one hour before bedtime, swallowed with water. In case of Jet-lag, take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
