Food supplement in swallowable tablets with two layers based on melatonin and dry extracts of lemon balm, oats and griffonia, indicated in all physiological conditions of increased need for these elements. The melatonin contained in it contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep and to alleviate, when necessary, the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime. To counteract the effects of jet lag, the product should be taken on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. The dry extracts of oats, griffonia and lemon balm promote mental well-being and relaxation, as well as maintaining normal mood (Griffonia and Melissa).Ingredients

How to use
Take 1 tablet daily.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to seek medical advice.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localized heat sources, sunlight and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
