Ingredients
Whitania (Whitania somniphera Dunal. root) dry extract titrated 1.5% whitannolides, Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Miller seeds) dry extract titrated 2% jujuboside, Melatonin powder.
How to use
It is suggested to dissolve in the mouth or swallow 1 tablet per day, shortly before going to bed.
