How to use
Take 1 tablet with a little water, half an hour before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to seek medical advice. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.
