DescriptionMelatonin food supplement. Its hydroalcoholic spray formulation guarantees rapid absorption.
Melatonin helps to:
- reduce the time required to fall asleep: 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime (4 sprays);
- relieve the effects of jet lag: 0.5 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination (2 sprays).
It also contains poppy and hawthorn extracts. Hawthorn extract helps achieve a state of relaxation and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: E 420 (ii); red poppy (Papaver Rhoeas L.) flowers fluid extract D/E* 1:2, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha medicus and Crataegus monogyna Jacq.) flowers and leaves fluid extract D/E 1:1.5, purified water, melatonin, flavourings.

How to use
Shake well before use, press empty 3-4 times to obtain the first spray, spray the product directly into the mouth (4 sprays equal to 0.5 ml). Rinse the oral adapter with water before and after use. Take the recommended dose just before bedtime.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children and do not administer to children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. The use of food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
