How to use
- Children: 1 nebulization (equal to 0.5 mg of melatonin) is recommended, preferably under the tongue, in the evening just before bedtime. Treatments in children should always be limited in time and carried out under pediatric supervision.
- Adults: to reduce the time required to fall asleep, 2 sprays are recommended, preferably under the tongue, in the evening just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, 1 spray is recommended, preferably under the tongue, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
Warnings
