Directions:
It penetrates into necrotic tissue, dry fibrin accumulations and eschars and rehydrates the tissues allowing the removal of the tissue in an atraumatic way. At the same time, it penetrates deeply moisturizes and protects the wound bed. It absorbs exudate avoiding maceration of the wound and creates the optimal moist microenvironment.

Characteristics:
sterile primary dressing based on hydrophilic polymers with a high water content, for the treatment of necrotic or fibrinous tissue, both superficial and deep.

Warnings:
To remove it, simply irrigate the wound with sterile saline solution.

Components:
It has an amorphous hydrogel base (propylene glycogel + aqueous gel) with the addition of sodium alginate.
