Lactic Ferments
Description
The intestinal bacterial flora is made up of billions of bacteria that perform an important metabolic function for the body. Stress, poor diet, or antibiotic treatments have highly destructive effects on the bacterial flora with a decrease in "friendly" bacteria, such as lactic ferments. Lactic ferments promote the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora, vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
