Creatine monohydrate, arginine aspartate, sucrose; acidifier: citric acid; maltodextrin, beta-alanine, flavouring, magnesium oxide, ferrous gluconate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), zinc citrate; sweetener: sucralose; colouring: beta-carotene; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

How to use
Take 1 sachet. Dissolve the contents in 200 ml of water, mix and take.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
