Surgical medical mask
Description
Three-layer TNT masks, free of latex and fiberglass, non-sterile, anatomical, intended to be worn by healthcare workers during activities in the medical field, or by other users, in other environments, in order to avoid the dispersion of pathogens (such as bacteria and viruses) dispersed in liquid droplets and aerosols that can escape from the mouth and nose of the wearer. The mask is in fact used to avoid contamination towards the patient during a medical activity.
Each mask is rectangular in shape, unisex and one size fits all.
The medical device is class I type IIR and disposable.
How to use
Sanitize your hands by washing them thoroughly with soap and water.
Remove the mask from the packaging.
View the outside of the mask in darker blue, the inside in white and the top with the metal thread.
Put on the mask by placing the elastic bands behind the ears one at a time.
Press the metal thread with your fingers on both sides so that it can adhere to the shape of the nose.
Pull the bottom of the mask down to completely cover your nose, mouth and chin.
While putting on and taking off the mask, avoid touching the external surface with your hands and, if absolutely necessary, wash your hands after touching the mask.
Components
Layer 1 (outer): 25 g/ m2 water-repellent PP TNT;
layer 2 (intermediate): melt-blown filter 25 g/ m2 ;
layer 3 (internal): PP TNT 25 g/ m2 .
Warnings
Absolutely forbidden:
- the use of the mask as personal protective equipment;
- the use of the medical device by subjects who have not carefully read the manual;
- use by subjects allergic to the substances the product is composed of;
- use by children;
- apply the mask to broken skin or a wound;
- apply the medical device to parts of the body other than the face.
Limitations of the medical device:
- masks do not cure any disease.
- the medical device can be used only once as it is disposable.
Residual risks:
- it is absolutely forbidden to make any modification to the medical device. Any damage resulting from the use of the device, improperly modified by an unauthorized operator, relieves the manufacturer from any liability;
- If the structure of the device presents deformations following an accidental impact, such as rubbing against an abrasive material, such as to make it or presume it to be dangerous and/or unusable, it is necessary to contact authorised assistance and follow the instructions.
The medical device may cause irritation in subjects who are sensitive or allergic to the materials it is made of.
Conservation
Store in cool indoor environments, away from atmospheric agents and jets of steam, away from heat sources, open flames and direct sunlight.
