How to use
It is recommended to take 1 measuring spoon (10 ml) diluted in a little water, once or twice a day at any time (from 10 to 20 ml per day). It is suggested to drink the product in small sips to promote sublingual assimilation. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day.
