How to use
To prepare an excellent infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), add a filter bag and leave to rest for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally; cover the container to avoid losing the more volatile substances.
Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the back of the teaspoon. Use one bag per cup. Sweeten, if desired, with sugar or honey.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
