Magnesium is a mineral that contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
Potassium is a mineral that contributes to normal muscle function.
An incorrect diet or situations of increased need (excessive sweating due to heat or increased physical or work activity, pregnancy, breastfeeding) can cause deficiencies of these elements.

Acidity regulator: citric acid; magnesium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium oxide, sodium carbonate, flavouring; sweeteners: sodium cyclamate and saccharin; sodium chloride.

How to use
Consumption is a function of individual needs.
