DescriptionFood supplement based on magnesium and amino acids. Magnesium intervenes in the processes of cell division and can promote electrolyte balance, protein synthesis and normal muscle function. With vitamin B6 it contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, supports normal psychological functions, promotes energy metabolism and helps combat tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, together with phosphorus, it maintains the health of bones and teeth.
Product suitable for vegans. Does not contain preservatives, colorants, flavorings and synthetic sweeteners.
Ingredients
Magnesium glycerophosphate, maltodextrin from corn or rice, (L-)glutamine, (L-)aspartic acid, citric acid, (L-)glutamic acid, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate); natural sweeteners: steviol glycosides and thaumatin.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (4.7 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), once or twice a day at any time (from 4.7 to 9.4 g per day). Pour the powder into the dry glass, add the water and then mix. Scoop included in the package. Close carefully after use.
