Description
Food supplement made with a special type of Magnesium, Sidemag Sucrosomial Marine Magnesium, combined with 4 other sources of highly absorbable Magnesium, enriched with Vitamin B6.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal energy metabolism. How to use
Dissolve one teaspoon (2.5 g) in a glass of water (about 150 ml), preferably warm. Drink after the natural effervescence. Take up to two teaspoons a day.
