Description
Food supplement based on magnesium bisglycinate, a source of magnesium in organic form with high bioavailability, in which magnesium is linked to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Enriched with vitamin B6 and selenium with adjuvant action. Magnesium intervenes in the processes of cell division and promotes electrolyte balance, protein synthesis and normal muscle function. With vitamin B6 it contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, supports normal psychological functions, promotes energy metabolism and helps combat tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, it maintains the well-being of bones and teeth, while selenium contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair and nails and promotes the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
It is recommended to take 3 tablets once or twice a day at any time (3 to 6 tablets per day); the daily dose can be taken in one sitting (6 tablets). It is also fine at bedtime. Close carefully after use.
