Pennel, L-tyrosine, acetyl L-carnitine (from ALC hydrochloride), L-glutamine, L-phenylalanine, phosphatidylserine (Sharp-PS), Ginkgo biloba L., Panax ginseng CA Meyer, vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); gelatin capsule; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; colour: chlorophyllin.
Contains fish and soy .

How to use
Take one (1) capsule twice daily with water during meals.
