Lactobacillus rhamnosus IMC 501, Lactobacillus paracasei IMC 502, corn starch, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Synbio (Lactobacillus rhamnosus IMC 501 and Lactobacillus paracasei IMC 502 in a 1:1 ratio), anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide). Capsule (DRcaps) of vegetable origin in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, thickener (gellan gum).
Gluten free.

How to use
One or two capsules a day with water, preferably during meals.
