Betaine hydrochloride (660 mg/tablet); thickeners: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: stearic acid: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol; colouring: titanium dioxide.
It does not contain gluten .

How to use
Take three tablets daily with water after meals.
