Food supplement based on melatonin, theanine and plant extracts.
Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect of melatonin on the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination. The beneficial effect for reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Valerian and Californian poppy help to achieve relaxation, useful in case of stress, and chamomile to promote sleep.
Melissa is useful for promoting relaxation and mental well-being and maintaining normal mood.

Water, fructose syrup, concentrated apple fruit juice (Malus domestica Borkh), L-theanine, valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) es tit. 0.42% valerenic acid, lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L.) es tit. 0.8% rosmarinic acid, Californian poppy herb (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) es tit. 0.35% protopine, chamomile flower heads (Matricaria chamomilla L.) es tit. 0.3% apigenin, sweet orange pericarp (Citrus aurantium L. var. dulcis) es, acidifier: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin, sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.
How to use
Shake well before use. It is recommended to take 20 or 40 drops per day, before bedtime. Take the product pure or diluted in water, herbal tea or other beverage of your choice.
