Ingredients
PEA (palmitoylethanolamide), Fish autolysate, Invertase, Amyloglucosidase, Vitamin B6, Chromium picolinate, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12, natural gelatin.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily, before the main meal.
