Description
Hulled red lentils ( lens culinaris ) are very common in the Middle East, in fact they are also called Egyptian lentils. They are small in shape, bright in color, tender and tasty and, being hulled, require very little cooking.
Ingredients
Organic peeled red lentils ( lens culinaris ).
How to use
They are suitable for numerous dishes and creams, soups and also as a thickener.
Dosage: 30 g.
There is no need to soak them.
Amount of water: 2 parts water to 1 part lentils.
Cooking time: 15 minutes in a normal pot.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
Best before date from production date, in intact packaging: 14 months.
