Tortelloni with ricotta and spinach filling without gluten. Product specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Ingredients
Rice flour, corn starch, eggs, grated cheese (milk, salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), ricotta 7.5% (whey, milk, cream, salt; acidity regulator: citric acid), whey, egg white, cream, vegetable fiber, salt, sunflower oil, spinach 1%, dextrose, extra virgin olive oil, flavorings; thickener: xanthan gum, natural olive extract, nutmeg, onion, garlic; preservative: potassium sorbate. May contain traces of fish, nuts, celery, sulphites and soy .
Gluten free.
