Lavender promotes normal mood, relaxation and sleep in case of stress, digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.
Ingredients
Lavender (Lavandula officinalis or angustifolia) flowering tops EO
OE = Essential oil (Aetheroleum).
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops of essential oil per day, diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking).
External use is possible for relaxing massages by diluting appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops to aroma diffusers.
2 drops on average contain 87 mg of lavender EO.
Close carefully after use.
