Description
Gluten-free kit containing a classic gluten-free piadina, a gluten-free buckwheat piadina (and 6% extra virgin olive oil), a piadina licker and a Riccione piadina shopper.
Ingredients
Classic Piadina: preparation for piadinas, water, corn starch, deglutinated wheat starch, extra virgin olive oil 6%, salt; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; corn starch, preservative: sorbic acid.
Gluten free
Naturally lactose free.
Buckwheat piadina: corn starch, water, piadina preparation 26% (rice flour, wholemeal buckwheat flour 28%, glucose syrup, modified starch, dextrose, inulin; stabilizers: guar gum, xanthan gum; yeast extract), extra virgin olive oil 6%, salt, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), corn starch; preservative: sorbic acid.
