Description
Umbilical dressing kit.
- 6 gauge elastic mesh bandage ideal for securing dressings.
- Umbilical gauze. Ready to use, to be used on the umbilical stump as a mechanical barrier, for compression and absorption of exudates/organic fluids. The central cut facilitates the positioning of the gauze to be folded around the stump.
How to use
Use with clean, dry hands and as directed by your doctor.
Warnings
Do not use in direct contact with the umbilical cord (open wound). This product contains latex which may cause allergic reactions, including anaphylactic reactions. Do not use the gauze if the packaging (blister) is damaged. Single-use devices (single patient). Reuse is prohibited, possible infections and failure to function. Report any serious incident that occurs in relation to the device to your competent authority and to the manufacturer. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
