How to use
It is recommended to dissolve 30 g (1 and a half measuring spoons) of product in approximately 500 ml of water.
Take before, during and after training, this way you get a solution of carbohydrates and electrolytes.

Dextrose, maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate, acidifier: citric acid, flavouring: blood orange, sodium citrate, colourings: curcumin, beetroot red, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium chloride, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sweetener: sucralose, ginseng (panax ginseng CA meyer) root dry extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Gluten- free and lactose- free.
