Thanks to strict controls, the product is suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten- free and lactose- free diets.
Rich in fibre 16%: it is low in fat and has a high fibre content, 6 g per 100 g of flour, guaranteeing the benefits of a diet rich in fibre.
Rich in proteins 24%.
Ideal for cream soup, pasta sauce or for risotto, focaccia, gnocchi, taralli, muffins and crepes.
