It contributes to normal energy metabolism; Vitamin B1 deficiency is in fact associated with alterations in carbohydrate metabolism.
Vitamin B2
It intervenes in various cellular oxidation-reduction reactions, in fact it promotes the protection of cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal energy metabolism. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes and to the maintenance of normal skin; its deficiency in fact determines alterations at the skin and mucous membrane level.
Vitamin B6
It contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin B12
It contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also intervenes in the process of cell division.

How to use
We recommend 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor. Take on a full stomach.
