Face: a few drops in the morning and/or evening.
Body: apply a few drops directly to the skin. Ideal for the most fragile and delicate areas such as the breast.
Hair: Warm the oil between your hands and gently rub it into dry hair. Leave on for at least half an hour and proceed with washing.
Nails: Apply the oil directly to the nails every night before going to bed, massaging it into each nail.
