Phospholipid complex of Curcuma longa L. rhizome standardized dry extract, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizer: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; maltodextrins, black pepper (Piper nigrum L., fruits) dry extract.
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets per day, to be swallowed with water.
